Pro Bono

Geoff Hannan is currently writing a feature article for a Sunday newspaper on the difficulties that parents around the UK are having in securing educational support and assistance for children with special and additional educational needs.

The article focuses on neurodiverse children and exposes how Local Authorities can hide behind bureaucracy and ‘double speak’ to not deliver on their duties of care under various equalities legislation.  If they can’t afford it… why not just say so!

Many children whose parents can’t afford a private education are not getting the adequate support they need to achieve their potential and be happy in school.

If you have an example of this, please email details to Geoff at geoff@hannans.org.uk
